Efficient Steps Toward Your Mental Health

In cognitive-social psychology, modeling is one of the most effective tools a therapist can use in establishing a relationship with his or her client.  The reason so is because one of the the characteristics that define human functioning is our capability to learn through others, in other words: Vicarious learning.  It is my sole intent to present my path as “My Discover” with the hopes that in time, you too can overcome your insanity and find purpose, fulfillment, and challenge in Your Discover.

I used the word “insanity” and for me it is merely a word to describe what Albert Einstein laid out as “Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”  At the time, Einstein had no idea how close he was to the discipline of cognitive-social psychology.  Two words mark this hallmark: “Doing and Expecting.”

NOTE:

This is an on going article which I hope to add to each day, so please keep checking in.
