Organizational Anger Management

We look through our eyes and yet we experience within. We experience our world through the thoughts we validate.  By our very nature, we are all interactionists, and by this, we define our roles in life through our relationships with others.  It is through our relationships that we formulate expectations.  Expectations are our personal boundaries.  They are our ideals, both rational and irrational, between “who” we think we are as a person, that is our sense of self, and how our self should be treat by the world.  It is through our expectations that we settle in employment, express our passions and for some embrace our entitlement.  To learn more…
