We all strive for health and wellness.  Peter is a nationally certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Addiction Specialist educated and trained through the Cognitive-Social orientation of psychology.  Physical and mental health goes hand-in-hand whereby the exact sought out outcome is wellness.  Unfortunately, many look upon physical and mental health as a condition to be treated by quick, least- resistance methods.  To live well requires skill.  Mental health is a skill every bit as physical health is a skill.
