Anger Management

Anger Management is a marketing term applied to those who often lack the necessary skills to manage anger. In order to efficiently “manage” anger, or any feeling, we all need to be skilled in our impression management, frustration tolerance and impulse control. As in all skills, the golden rule is form before technique.
